Drawing Management Services complies fully with the Department of Trade and Industry/Office of Fair Trading regulations. These regulations govern distance selling of products and services. This link will take you to their website where you will find the information outlining your rights should you enter any agreement for services provided by DMS.

You can cancel any agreement made with DMS within seven days of the agreement date and receive a full refund of any payment made to us.

When you have made a payment at a payment stage and are dissatisfied with the product  we will try to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.  If we are unable to achieve this DMS will refund the payment made at that stage in full.
