Service Level 2 For service level 2 costs simply add £150 to each of the costs given for service level 1.
Service Level 3 For service level 3 costs simply add £250 to each of the costs stated for service level 1.

The costs given do not include the following:-
Charges levied by the local authority in respect of planning and or building regulation fees.
Engineers calculations if requested by the local authority .
O/S site location maps required by the local authority.
Bat survey reports required by the local authority.
