Drawing Management Services Specialises in domestic design, planning and building regs applications. Because we practise in a clearly defined field we are able to keep our costs low and our quality high. DMS operates primarily in West Lancashire, Cumbria and the North Eastern areas of England.

In offering clients a bespoke or standard service we provide fixed costs that are guaranteed not to vary once agreed. If unforeseen structural problems or local authority requirements arise your costs remain the same! We amend the plans and application details.

Most work is carried out locally and checked centrally. We welcome contact from clients but point out that we are primarily a dot.com organisation and following initial contact we prefer to communicate via email  post or fax. This enables us to keep costs low and focus on the task in hand....that of providing a fast, efficient and reliable service. We do accept calls by telephone and endeavor to return your call within 24 hours.

Unlike most drawing services we provide highly detailed plans and accept enquiries from clients even after the plans have been approved. Above all we want clients to feel that we are approachable, easy to contact, flexible and deliver what they have asked.
